All our employees must meet the guidelines set out by the CQC, and as such must go through a stringent interview and vetting process, including references and enhanced CRB checks. They regularly undertake further training and refresher courses, including manual handling, health and safety, first aid, medication and food preparation.
Only those who have a tender, caring attitude are employed by Dana Care, to ensue our Service Users have the right people to care for them.
