Dana Care provides managed services that offer a future to those who need it, while still maintaining the self-respect, confidence, skills, life-style and prospects at a comfortable level, where they feel it is possible for them to manage independently whilst remaining in their own environment.

An individual care plan will be issued to each service user which will be produced on a 1 to 1 consultation with each Service User, their family and friends, and will include information about care needs, wishes and preferences.

Individual Care Plans are the heart of the service we provide and all employees are committed to meeting our aims and objectives:

 "To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and maintain the service users overall quality of life".

Dana Care ensure the service provided is flexible, attentively and in a non-discriminatory manner, while still respecting each Service User's right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment and the right to make informed choices.

At Dana Care we guarantee:

·         To involve Service Users and their family in the provisions, management and development of services, which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interest of Service Users

Service Users and Quality Assurance

At Dana Care we believe that there is an importance to assess, improve and develop the service we provide to our clients, and we feel that the best judges are the people who receive those services themselves.

Every 6 months a member of our management team will a visit our Service Users, giving them the chance to bring up any issues, problems or suggestions to improve our service they might have.
